comfortable stay but room service needs improvement

The bed in my room was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I appreciated the variety at breakfast. it made starting each day enjoyable. The staff were friendly and tried to assist with my needs during my stay. They made me feel welcome despite a few hiccups in service that week.

We had an awesome time with friends! The location is perfect for hitting up Horseshoe Casino and trying our luck at gaming machines or enjoying a visit to the Hard Rock Casino. Breakfast was a standout, and the staff made sure everything was fresh and nice. Highly recommend it for a fun group getaway!
